Howdy to all JCI Senators and their families in our great Region X. Thank you for honoring me by making me your NVP for 2004-05. We are privileged to live in the land of snow capped mountains;
sun-kissed deserts, beautiful lakes, and the deep blue Pacific Ocean. What a great Region we have with AZ, CA, HI, NV, and UT with so many recreational opportunities at our fingertips as Senators, please spread the word across the JCI Senate world in your travels.
The honor you have bestowed upon me is humbling and I promise to live up to your expectations and be one of your best National Vice Presidents. I will have a lot of help from some wonderful past NVP’s who have promised their sage advice when needed. Our Region has shown brightly during the past Senate year and we have some big shoes to fill all around as a Regional Team. We can all work together and continue our traditions of progress, growth, retention and fellowship.
Our web master also asks all of you in this land of Western Sunshine that you keep him updated with information on your meetings and events. Also, please make your best efforts to support turnout at our Regional events for Nevada Day, the AZ Senate Christmas party, the Hawaii Old Timers Pro Bowl weekend, CA’s Crab Feed and UT’s Old Timer’s Award night. We can support our friends at the Senate meetings in each state in between also.
Communications can be our major goal between all members of the Region; call, e-mail and snail mail each other and me. Please send me your newsletters.
